Summer 2016 - Over the summer many Pine Tree Baseball players joined in a great cause with Make a Wish, to build a tree house fort for a young boy with brain cancer. It was a great experience for our players to not only give back to the community, but also meet the child and his family.
Pine Tree Pirates Baseball
The Pine Tree Baseball Team made a huge turnaround last season going from a 7-17 record the previous year to a 16-14 mark in 2016. The Pirates earned a playoff berth and were Bi-District Finalist losing in 3 games to Corsicana. The 2017 season holds a lot of promise for PT Baseball as the program seeks to win their first District Championship since 2013.
